let's listen. >> they're on the scene doing work every time we have a disaster here in the united states of america, but obviously the rez cross is doing outstanding work internationally. we want to thank them. a few things to emphasize to the public at the top. this storm is not yet over. we've gotten briefings from the national hurricane center. it is still moving north. there are still communities that could be affected. so i want to emphasize there's still risks of flooding and still risks of downed power lines, risks of high winds, and so it is very important for the public to continue to monitor the situation in your local community, listen to your state and local officials, follow instructions. the more you follow instructi s instructions, the easier it is for our first responders to make sure that they're dealing with true emergency situations. so the better prepared individual families are for the situation, the easier it is for us to deal with it. next, obviously, i want to talk about the extraordinary hardship that we've seen over the last 48 hours. our thoughts and prayers go
